Finance & Operations Manager

Tim began his finance career in 2006 within an accountancy practice before moving into Finance Manager roles in industry in 2016, spanning sectors from print finishing to security. He joined EAD Ecology in spring 2026, where he plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of company finances and leads the finance team. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end financial operations, as well as delivering comprehensive financial planning and analysis to support the business.
